Roles & Responsibilities

Missions

  • Manage and follow up on user complaints.
  • Prepare regular reports (event-related and monthly).
  • To provide appropriate responses to users regarding their questions, complaints and comments.
  • Identify and report inappropriate or sensitive content.
  • Escalate incidents or unusual behavior to the relevant teams.
  • To monitor and moderate comments and messages on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Profile

  • Degree in communication, marketing or foreign languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and team spirit.
  • Good command of social media.
  • Excellent command of written French and Arabic.
