Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor online forums, social media channels, and community platforms to ensure adherence to GROOVY Medical Spa s guidelines and standards.
- Facilitate positive and respectful interactions among community members, addressing conflicts and resolving disputes promptly.
- Review, approve, or remove user-generated content to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Respond to inquiries, feedback, and reports from community members in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align community engagement with overall brand messaging.
- Identify and escalate potential issues, including inappropriate behavior or content, to relevant internal teams.
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives, such as contests, Q&A sessions, or wellness discussions.
- Track and report on community trends, member sentiment, and engagement metrics.
- Educate community members about GROOVY Medical Spa s services, policies, and values.
- Continuously update moderation strategies to reflect evolving community needs and digital best practices.
- Bachelor s degree in communications, marketing, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in community moderation, social media management, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with online community platforms, social media tools, and moderation software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to enforce guidelines consistently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
