Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive monthly content calendar that includes writing compelling copy and producing short videos that specifically focus on Oya's value proposition of trust, assurance, and operational excellence in the B2B market.
  • Actively manage all of the company's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) by monitoring comments and direct messages daily to ensure that every inquiry from a supplier or buyer receives a prompt, helpful, and appropriate response that fosters long-term trust in our platform.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales departments to translate complex B2B strategies and product updates into simplified, engaging posts and hashtags that resonate with our target audience of business owners and merchants, thereby increasing brand awareness and attracting users.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics to identify audience engagement trends and sentiment, and delivering actionable weekly reports that help us refine our messaging, enhance our customer service approach, and build community.
  • Engaging with relevant industry conversations and trending topics by participating in discussions and groups where our target audience is active, solidifying Oya's position as a thought leader and trusted partner in the digital transformation of the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven experience in copy writing and content creation (text, images, video) specifically tailored to business audiences.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer) and design software (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to handle complaints and inquiries empathetically and patiently.
  • Excellent understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a B2B, e-commerce, or multilateral marketplace environment.
  • Basic video editing skills (such as CapCut, Premiere Rush) for creating fast-paced reels.
  • Bilingualism (Arabic and English) to effectively manage communication with various stakeholders.
  • Developing creative concepts and ideas: Generating innovative monthly campaign and post ideas (concept creation) and preparing clear and detailed briefs to guide graphic designers and the video production agency in their visual execution to achieve our marketing objectives.
  • Content Writing and Copy writing: Writing engaging and persuasive copy for all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), focusing on professional language suitable for the business-to-business (B2B) sector and selecting the most effective hashtags to reach our audience.
  • Community Management and Response (Moderation): Daily monitoring of all accounts, providing prompt and professional responses to messages, comments, and inquiries, and resolving customer issues in coordination with relevant departments to enhance user trust in the platform.
  • Scheduling and Publishing: Managing the monthly content calendar and scheduling posts using publishing tools to ensure a continuous flow of content at optimal times for our target audience.
  • Quality Control and Supervision: Reviewing designs and videos received from designers and the agency to ensure they align with the original concept and Oya's visual identity standards before approval for publication.

Proven experience leading B2B Social Media Marketing, Moderation, and Conversion-Focused Copywriting.br> Full ownership of the company s B2B digital marketing performance across social media platforms and website.br> Ability to define, execute, and optimize B2B content and social media strategies aligned with revenue goals.br> Writing high-impact B2B sales and marketing copy targeting decision-makers, founders, managers, and key stakeholders.br> Leading the company s social channels with a strong focus on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI.br> Converting inbound engagement, comments, and DMs into qualified B2B leads (MQLs / SQLs).br> Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, long sales cycles, and trust-based selling.br> Strong background in B2B E-commerce or service-based businesses.br> Aligning content strategy with sales teams, business objectives, and growth targets.br> Planning and managing full-funnel B2B marketing initiatives (Awareness Consideration Conversion).br> Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on B2B marketing KPIs and continuously optimizing performance.br> Ability to translate complex B2B products or services into clear, persuasive, business-driven messaging.br> Leadership mindset with high ownership, accountability, and decision-making authority.
