Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute modern trade strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance within key retail accounts.
  • Negotiate and manage trade agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that drive profitability and market share growth.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to monitor product placement, promotions, and competitor activities, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement impactful in-store promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade sales or key account management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales within modern trade channels.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key retail partners.
