Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute modern trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales within key retail and wholesale channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and implement promotional activities tailored to modern trade partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns and trade initiatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective product launches and in-store activations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing programs, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with modern trade accounts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing shelf presence.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and ROI to management.
  • Support the development and execution of tailored marketing materials and point-of-sale displays for modern trade outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all marketing activities.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for modern trade marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of executing successful trade marketing campaigns in modern trade channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with retail and wholesale distribution networks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
