Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct an incentive scheme that suites the team and is aligned with the company s objectives
- Manage and generate orders from existing customers and develop new and un-tapped potential customers
- Ensure that all routes have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their points of sale on a daily basis as per the company Must Stock List (MSL)
- Undertake spot checks on point of sales to ensure all products are available and well displayed; Ensure range availability of all existing and new brands in the market
- Analyze and study the performance of the retail and K.A. channel by salesman to monitor on a daily basis the sales achievement versus forecast, using Dolphin to retrieve the data deviation (daily sales versus forecast) and develop related action plans
- Establish and maintain a high profile relationship with customers at all levels
- Handle all customers complaints and ensure problem solving and implementation of corrective measures
The candidate must have previous experience in FMCG and good connections with Key Accounts in the Lebanese Market
