Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive modernization sales growth for elevators and escalators within the assigned territory
Develop and manage accounts (building owners, consultants, FM companies, developers, government entities)
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and modernization technologies.
Identify modernization opportunities from the existing installed base (controllers, machines, doors, cabins, safety upgrades)
Manage and coordinate the full sales cycle: lead generation, site surveys, technical clarifications, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and clarifications with Support of Engineering DEPT.
Negotiate contract terms including payment milestones, delivery schedules, warranties, and penalties.
Support smooth handover from sales to operations and ensure scope clarity.
Coordinate closely with engineering and operations for the Pull of the material.
Maintain pipeline with regular update.
Modernization order intake and revenue.
Build customer strong relationship
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 5 years of experience in Sales and Modernization, preferably in elevator or vertical transportation projects.
Strong knowledge of elevator industry processes (installation, commissioning, moderni-zation).
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in English and Arabic
