Modular Off-Site Construction Lead

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all modular and off-site construction activities, ensuring production meets project schedules, budgets, and standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor modular construction procedures throughout the factory and supply chain.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and production plans to ensure conformance with project specifications and applicable regulations.
• Conduct detailed inspections at each fabrication stage to verify compliance with technical, safety, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, production, logistics, quality, and site teams to resolve technical issues, prevent rework, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and maintain relevant certifications for modular and off-site operations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including QA/QC reports, inspection records, and non-conformance logs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to factory and site personnel on modular construction best practices and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize factory efficiency, modular design integration, and delivery performance.
• Generate detailed inspection and progress reports, presenting key findings and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 14 years experience in modular or off-site construction and factory-based project management.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 and recognized quality management systems.
• Proven background in shop-drawing review, material approval, and modular inspection processes.
• Experience leading production teams in modular fabrication and delivery environments.
