Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Receive the form for which templates are required from the supervisor
2.Place molds in the cell according to work requirements and procedures.
3.Review the mold before starting work to repair any defects in it and ensure the validity of the mold before use (no scratches or breakage).
4.Preparing and setting up the mold for operation.
5.Preparing gypsum in the gypsum mixing area according to the required specifications.
6.Remove the product (template) from the template, remove the sim (frills) from the templates, and review them.
7.Assemble the mold parts and place them on the wooden pallet prepared for this purpose.
8.Prepare the mold parts for insertion into the dryer and deliver them to the supervisor.
9.Any other work assigned to him.
