Roles & Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Advisor (Russian Speaker) based in Dubai, you will:
- Convert mortgage leads: manage and convert inbound leads from Russian-speaking clients.
- Assess eligibility: conduct client assessments and structure suitable, tailored mortgage solutions.
- Liaise with banks: coordinate with UAE lenders and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
- Support sales agents: provide mortgage advisory guidance to the real estate team.

Desired Candidate Profile
We're looking for an experienced, client-focused mortgage professional fluent in Russian who is comfortable navigating the UAE mortgage and home finance landscape. You'll bring:
- Russian language fluency: native or near-native proficiency, spoken and written.
- Mortgage advisory experience: proven background in mortgage consulting or home finance, ideally in the UAE.
- Banking and lending knowledge: solid understanding of UAE banks, mortgage products, and eligibility criteria.
- Client relationship management: ability to build trust quickly and manage clients with professionalism.
- Collaborative mindset: comfortable working with real estate agents and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivation: driven, results-oriented, and proactive in managing your own pipeline.
