Roles & Responsibilities

CANDIDATES COMFORTABLE WITH LOCATION "DELMA" ONLY APPLY


Manage the day-to-day operations of the Motel and guest relations, collections, operations on site.

Supervise the team onsite.

Knowledge of Motel system operations.

Coordinate with FM department for all maintenance issues and requests.


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience with similar role managing motels concept or Hotel Furnished Apartments.

Real estate experience and customer service is a must.

Preferably Bachelor degree in any major with fluency in Arabic

Operational Expertise including front desk operations, inventory, knowledge of hotel system management, collections.

Guest relation skills, handling complaints.
