You should have a strong understanding of animation principles, video editing, and a flair for storytelling. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating compelling animations that align with our brand and elevate our visual storytelling. • Create visually stunning motion graphics that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute animation projects effectively.
• Design and animate graphics for digital platforms including social media and web content.
• Utilize industry-standard software to produce high-quality animations and videos.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and incorporate them into projects.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Develop storyboards to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance visuals.
• Manage time effectively to ensure projects are delivered on deadline.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Adapt designs based on feedback to meet client and team expectations.
• Ensure all content is produced to meet high standards of creativity and innovation.

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer in a creative environment.
• Proficient in animation software such as Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Creative thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate creative concepts effectively.
