Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media.
  • Working with art and creative team to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc.
  • Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
  • Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques.
  • Creation of animation storyboards.
  • Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
  • Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, visual designs.
  • The ability to partner with other creative team members to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more).
  • Have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Organized and can prioritize effectively.
  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation).
  • Experience as a Motion Graphics Designer.
  • Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills.
  • Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style.
  • Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution.
  • Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
