Requirements:
Professional Certification like ACII or CII is a must
Min 10 years of experience handling motor claims including 3-4yrs in a managerial role
Indepth knowledge of UAE Motor Insurance Laws & Regulations
Proficient in using Claims Management Software & Data Analysis Tools are a plus
Strong Leadership, Team Management, Problem Solving, Negotiation skills are mandatory
Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written is essential
