Performance Energy is supporting an offshore drilling campaign in the Middle East, delivering Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations on complex wells.

The MPD Wellsite Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing MPD operations offshore, managing crews, and maintaining real-time well control across complex drilling environments.

• Supervise MPD operations at the wellsite
• Lead offshore crews and coordinate service personnel
• Maintain real-time control of wellbore pressure and drilling parameters
• Ensure execution in line with SOPs and operational programmes
• Support drilling teams in complex well environments
• Maintain compliance with HSE and well control standards

Essential Experience

• Proven experience in MPD wellsite supervision
• Strong offshore drilling background
• Experience working on complex wells
• Ability to operate in high-temperature environments

Preferred / Advantageous Background

• Experience with major service companies
• Previous experience in similar offshore campaigns
• Strong leadership and operational decision-making capability
• Ability to mobilise immediately

Certifications (Mandatory)

• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET or equivalent)
• Well Control Certification
• Relevant offshore medical
