Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical processing of non-conformities according to procedures, customer requirements and in coordination with experts.
  • Write up recovery instructions when necessary.
  • Provide operational support to production teams.
  • Analyze recurring cases and propose improvement plans (basic criteria, generic notes, ECR, etc.).
  • Draft the elements to be transmitted to clients in compliance with existing delegations.
  • Responding to customer feedback and questions , and capitalizing on best practices.
  • Participate in customer audits and service rituals (QRQC, IGP, ).
