Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a MRI Applications Specialist Provides training, application support, and optimization of system usage for customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Advises customers on improving clinical processes and workflows.
Configures systems and supports the implementation of new practices and methods.
Application Support
Diagnoses and resolves application issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Handles tickets, escalations, and customer complaints within the required timelines.
Sales Support
Contributes to the sales process by providing field expertise regarding customer needs and application-related challenges.
Participates in product demonstrations and the preparation of clinical cases (conferences, trade shows, etc.).
Ensures knowledge transfer and shares field feedback and best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Your Profile:
- Biomedical Engineering degree or Medical Imaging Technologist background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MRI operation and clinical practice.
- Strong IT and computer skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
