Key Accountabilities

• Implement best practices for high-speed engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
• Work with the different related teams to ensure daily MRO activities are meeting targets and minimize equipment downtime
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust high-speed engines and associated equipment during complex maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities based on work process data within known boundaries
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety of engine MRO operations
• Monitor and analyze engine performance data to proactively address potential issues and optimize maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with the engineering and related teams to evaluate and test new tools, technologies, and techniques
• Ensure all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and the organization's quality standards
• Document and share MRO insights, lessons learned, and recommended changes to continuously improve capabilities

EducationDiploma in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance or related field.

Technical Competencies:

• Extensive hands-on experience in the MRO of advanced, high-speed engines, with a deep understanding of engine systems, components, and failure modes
• Proficient in the use of advanced diagnostic tools, measurement equipment, and specialized tools for engine MRO, including borescopes, vibration analysis tools, and engine parameter monitoring systems
• Strong mechanical skills, able to repair and dismantle complex machinery and equipment, with experience in automated assembly setup
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify root causes of complex issues and propose optimal, data-driven solutions
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, computerized maintenance systems, and data analysis techniques to interpret performance data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
• Thorough understanding of quality management principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements for engine MRO operations, including FAA, EASA, and OEM standards
• Effective communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skilled in reading and interpreting complex engine schematics, technical manuals, engineering drawings, and regulatory documents
