Roles & Responsibilities

MS DYNAMICS CRM (Techno/Functional consultant)

1. The resource will be looking after:

A) MS CRM:

  • Administration
  • Configuration change as needed
  • Custom Developed components management and

    MS DYNAMICS CRM (Techno/Functional consultant)

    1. The resource will be looking after:

    A) MS CRM:

    • Administration
    • Configuration change as needed
    • Custom Developed components management and code review
    • Development including but not limited to screens, reports, plugins, etc.
    • Systems upgrades and patching.
    • Manage system integrated/developed on MS CRM:
    1. SMS system
    2. 3rd party CRM Mobile App Server
    3. Custom developed application on CRM
    4. Client statements online system
    5. Client Statement Batch processing Integrated with the core banking running on Oracle DB.

    B) SQL DB

    • Act as SQL DBA
    • Manage MS SQL and Oracle DB integrated
    • Systems upgrades and patching.

    C) Reporting Services (MIS Reporting)

    • Administration
    • Report development and modification
    • Manage MS SQL and Oracle DB integrated
    • Systems upgrades and patching.

    D) Development in general.

    E) Project management related to his area.

    F) End user support.
