• Responsible for Designing, Installation and Configuring of database.
• Responsible for Maintaining and Monitoring of 24*7 Production and Non prod Database.
• Enrolling Users and Maintaining System Security.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting SQL server's issues using system monitor, SQL log, Event viewer & Log shipping.
• Creating and sizing database storage structures and database objects
• Restoration of database and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Always-On Availability Groups (AAG) and HA/DR Setup and Configuration.
• Build indexes at regular intervals for better performance.
• Recovering the databases from backup in disasters. Implementing Point-In-Time Recovery solutions.
• Involved in trouble shooting and fine-tuning of databases for its performance and concurrency.
• SQL Patching and service packs updates, client installations etc..
• Manage backups and troubleshoot failed backups.
• Create and managing Users, Roles and Groups and handling database security policies
• Monitoring/Maintaining HA Log Shipping, Clustering and Mirroring.
• Disk Space of servers & maintenance.
• Scheduled and maintain routine Jobs, Alerts and Maintenance Plans
• Work on clustering environment with strong knowledge on Windows Cluster.
• Knowledge on SQL Server Performance management
• Managing security standards and MBSS vendor recommendation.
• replications between production, Snapshot and Transactional.

Upgrade of SQL db to optimize environment.
