Requirements:
5–10 years of hospitality sales experience (luxury cruise experience preferred)
Proven track record in luxury travel sales and revenue growth
Excellent professional reputation and strong interpersonal skills
Established network and knowledge of partners/key accounts
Strong planning, organizational, and budgeting skills
Effective negotiation and persuasive communication abilities
Fluent in Japanese and English
Technically proficient with reservation and CRM platforms (Versonix, Seaware, Salesforce preferred)
US Green Card or passport required
