Core Duties

* Lead and coordinate the MSC & Humanities department within the British curriculum framework
* Support curriculum planning, delivery, and assessment to ensure compliance with KHDA standards
* Mentor teachers, provide feedback, and promote professional development across the department
* Monitor student performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
* Collaborate with school leadership to align departmental objectives with overall school vision
* Ensure effective communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders regarding academic progress

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Humanities or a related subject (mandatory)
* Minimum one year of UAE experience in a British curriculum school in a similar role
* Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of KHDA regulations and British curriculum standards
* Preference for candidates under Own/Spouse visa and physically present in the UAE
