Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Hold a current certification in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) from a recognized NDT certification program (e.g., ASNT). PCN Certification in MT is mandatory.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MT, demonstrating proficiency in various inspection techniques and applications.
• Proven experience in Oil and gas and other industries, showcasing a diverse understanding of material types and inspection challenges.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO) governing MT procedures.
• Exhibit excellent visual acuity and color perception, essential for accurate interpretation of MT indications.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess flaws effectively.
• Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise reporting and collaboration.
• Demonstrate physical abilities necessary for the role, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with colleagues and understand technical documentation.
