My requirements for engineers and technicians are as follows:

1. They must have a good level of English that enables them to search for technical information, diagnostic procedures, wiring diagrams, and solutions online, as the automotive industry is evolving very rapidly.

2. I am looking for engineers and technicians with strong, hands-on experience in European vehicles. We are not looking for people who want to come and learn from the beginning; we need candidates who are already capable and ready to work independently.

3. Required specialties:

* Automotive Electrical Engineers/Technicians

* Diagnostics and Programming Engineers/Technicians

* Mechanical Engineers/Technicians

4. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with European brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Land Rover, especially those with dealership or specialized workshop experience.

5. Candidates should be familiar with professional diagnostic and programming systems such as Xentry, ISTA, ODIS, Autel, Launch, and similar platforms.

6. A Bachelors degree or technical diploma is preferred; however, practical skills, technical knowledge, and proven experience are more important than academic qualifications alone.
