Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Development
- Design marketing and promotional materials for rooms offers, F&B activations, festive campaigns, wellness programs, and events.
- Develop creative layouts for menus, brochures, flyers, posters, roll-ups, and in-room collaterals.
- Create engaging social media graphics, digital banners, and email marketing templates.
- Produce artwork for events, conferences, and exhibitions hosted by the hotels.
- Support photography editing, retouching, and adaptation of visuals for different formats.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the Multi-Property Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to execute campaigns.
- Liaise with F&B teams to design menus, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations.
- Partner with Sales & Distribution to produce corporate presentations, proposals, and client materials.
- Coordinate with external print suppliers, agencies, and photographers to deliver production-ready files.
Administration & Workflow
- Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and approved artworks.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support the hotels marketing calendars by prioritizing creative requests.
- Provide weekly updates on project status and pending requirements
Innovation & Development
- Stay updated on design trends, competitor creative work, and new software tools.
- Recommend creative ideas to enhance the hotels visual identity and storytelling.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and activations.

Desired Candidate Profile
POSITION SUMMARY
The Multi-Property Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual assets to support all marketing, sales, rooms, and F&B initiatives across Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf, and Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek. This role will design print and digital collateral, social media assets, event branding, menus, signage, and other creative materials aligned with Marriott brand standards.The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Multi-Property Marketing team, Sales & Distribution, F&B outlets, and external agencies to ensure that all creative deliverables are consistent, innovative, and reflective of the hotels positioning. Strong technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design platforms is essential, alongside a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Ensure all creative work complies with Marriott brand guidelines, identity standards, and approval processes.
- Maintain consistency across all design outputs for rooms, F&B, events, and corporate materials.
- Keep updated with the latest Marriott brand assets, logos, fonts, and templates.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Related Work Experience
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industries.
Supervisory Experience
No supervisory experience is required
