Technical and preventive maintenance:  

• Carry out maintenance work on electrical, mechanical, sanitary and air conditioning equipment.
• Carry out regular checks on installations (lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
• Participate in routine building maintenance operations (painting, minor repairs, various adjustments).

Maintenance corrective :

• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Carry out replacements or repairs of defective parts.
• Ensure rapid recommissioning of facilities to limit business interruptions.

Monitoring and organization:

• Maintain intervention sheets and the maintenance register.
• Report anomalies or specific intervention needs to the technical manager.
• Suggest improvements to optimize equipment performance.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure that safety instructions are followed during operations.
• Ensure that installations comply with current standards (electricity, fire, hygiene).
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

• Training: CAP/BEP/BTS level in maintenance, electrical engineering, building or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous successful experience in a similar position is desirable (e.g. site maintenance, sales, workshop, etc.).
• Hours vary depending on site needs.
• Possibility of on-call duty in the event of a technical emergency.
• Occasional travel to other group sites (if applicable).
