Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems, including split units, cassette units, DX systems, and package units.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC performance such as compressor faults, refrigerant leaks, airflow restrictions, and thermostat malfunctions.
Carry out activities like coil and filter cleaning, refrigerant charging, belt adjustments, and lubrication to ensure optimal system performance.
Respond to breakdowns and work requests related to electrical and mechanical systems such as lighting circuits, DBs, switches, sockets, and minor plumbing problems.
Diagnose and repair faults in MCBs, loose wiring, faulty connections, and replace lamps, switches, and other electrical components as needed.
Support basic plumbing tasks including minor leak repairs, clearing blockages, and replacing taps, valves, or flexible hoses..
Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HSE guidelines and company standards.

Experience -Minimum: 5 years of hands-on experience in FM Industry

Working Hours - 10 Hours with one-hour break & 6 working days

Medical -Candidate will be covered by the Company s medical insurance. This does not include Dental, Optical and other chronic diseases.

Working Days - 6 Days Per Week

Over Time/ Fixed Over Time -The company will pay overtime for the additional overtime hours worked beyond the 10-hour daily schedule.Candidate will be paid a fixed overtime amount, included in your salary as above, to cover additional one hour of work each day beyond normal working hours and 10 hours work on the 6th day of the week, as required by the project
