Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance tasks according to trade expertise (masonry, plumbing, painting, AC repair/servicing, general works). Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical issues efficiently. Install, repair, and maintain equipment, fixtures, and building systems as per standards. Ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned jobs. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete multi-trade projects. Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and company resources. Provide support across trades when required (flexibility to assist in other tasks). Follow all health, safety, and company regulations while on duty.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 0–7 years (freshers and experienced candidates may apply). Helpers – no prior experience required (training will be provided). Technicians (Plumbers, AC, Masons, Painters, General) – experience preferred but not mandatory. Education/Certification: Trade certificate or technical diploma preferred (mandatory for AC Technicians & Plumbers). Skills: Basic knowledge of tools and willingness to learn (for juniors). Strong trade skills and ability to work independently (for experienced candidates). Attitude: Hardworking, reliable, flexible, and a team player. Communication: Basic English required; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus. Other: Physically fit and willing to work overtime/shifts as required.
