Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, weigh, and label food items as per the order sheet.
  • Print and stick date/lot codes correctly; double-check before sealing.
  • Keep chilled/frozen items cold (move quickly between chiller and line).
  • Follow food-safety and hygiene rules (clean hands/tools/tables, wear gloves, hairnet, mask).
  • Build cartons/boxes, arrange items neatly, tape and seal.
  • Palletize boxes safely and shrink-wrap pallets for dispatch.
  • Help with loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods (use hand trolley/pallet jack if trained).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • School-level education; able to read basic English labels and numbers.
  • 0–2 years experience in packing/warehouse/kitchen preferred; freshers welcome with good attitude.
  • Physically fit: can stand 8–12 hours, lift 15–25 kg safely, and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Willing to work day/night rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed.
  • Basic counting/recording skills; can follow simple written and verbal instructions.
  • Team player: punctual, polite, neat grooming, and strong hygiene habits.
  • Immediate joiners (7–30 days) preferred; UAE visit/cancelled visa candidates welcome.
