Key Responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media, presentations, campaigns, and landing pages
• Produce and edit engaging videos for product demos, ads, and educational content
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance and accelerate design and video workflows
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop on-brand multimedia assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints
• Stay up-to-date with visual and creative trends in the healthcare and pharmacy sector
• Key Skills / Tools Needed
• Adobe Creative Suite Mastery Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• AI-Powered Tools Experience with tools like Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, or Canva AI
• Creative & Visual Communication Strong storytelling skills in both static and motion

Expected Goals First 3 Months

• Deliver 4+ Multimedia Campaigns across social, email, and video platforms (MASS
• format)
• Establish Brand Visual Consistency across all content
• Integrate AI Tools into design workflow and recommend creative improvements
• Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field is preferred
• Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail
• Passionate about working in a fast-growing healthtech company
