Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Assist in photo and video editing for social media, website, and campaigns
• Support creation of short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn clips)
• Help produce motion graphics and basic animations
• Organize and manage multimedia asset library

Construction & Project Coverage

• Support coverage of construction site visits (progress updates, milestone documentation)
• Capture behind-the-scenes development progress content
• Assist in creating structured construction update videos
• Ensure safety and branding alignment in visual documentation

Event Coverage

• Assist in covering corporate events, broker events, launches, and internal activities
• Capture photos and videos during events
• Create highlight reels and recap videos
• Support live content creation when required

Storytelling & Brand Narrative

• Contribute to visual storytelling aligned with project positioning
• Assist in developing narrative-driven video content
• Support creation of testimonial and feature videos
• Translate project features into engaging visual formats

AI Tools Research & Efficiency Support

• Research AI tools for editing, content production, and workflow optimization
• Propose tools to improve multimedia production efficiency
• Support the implementation of approved AI tools in marketing workflows
• Stay updated on emerging creative technology trends

Cross-Department Marketing Support

• Provide multimedia support to Sales team (project presentations, feature highlights, digital brochures visuals)
• Assist other departments with visual content needs
• Support internal communications with multimedia materials

Requirements

• Currently studying Multimedia, Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or related field
• Basic proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of social media video formats and aspect ratios
• Strong creative eye for composition and storytelling
• Willingness to visit construction sites and events
• Interest in real estate development and branding is a plus
