Role 1: Experience: 8–10 Years

Developer – HCL Commerce with Apache NiFi Expertise

Required Skills & Qualification :

  • Strong experience with HCL Commerce platform (formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce).
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, and Spring Framework.
  • Experience with Apache NiFi for data flow design and automation.
  • Good understanding of Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Redis, and related supporting technologies.
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Role 2 : Experience: 10–15 Years

Solution Designer – Telecom BSS / Digital Channels

Required Skills & Qualification :

  • Proven experience as a Solution Designer / Solution Architect in Telecom BSS and Frontend Channels domain.
  • Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, and CloudFormation.
  • Sound knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.
  • Exceptional communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Role 3 : Experience: 4–8 Years

Developer – IBM Web Content Manager (WCM)

Required Competencies

  • Expertise in IBM Web Content Manager (WCM) platform.
  • Strong understanding of content lifecycle and workflow design.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience integrating WCM with IBM WebSphere Portal.
  • Knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, and content classification.
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Familiarity with personalization and targeting features.
  • Experience in content migration and platform upgrades.
  • Telecom domain experience is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Desired Candidate Profile

The preferences are in the below order,

Preferred Location 1: Oman

Preferred Location 2: Any GCC Country

Preferred Location 3: Any other Location


Arabic speaking candidates are good to have.
