Requirements (All Positions)

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years of recent, full-time teaching experience

• Experience with the US/American curriculum is preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centered teaching approach

• Cultural sensitivity and alignment with UAE values and national vision

  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Benefit Details Monthly Salary AED 8,500 – 13,000 Housing Allowance AED 40,000 – 45,000 per year, Medical Insurance Covered as per UAE law, Tuition Fee Discount 50% for up to 3 children, Annual Flight Allowance Included, Paid Annual Leave, End of Service Gratuity As per UAE Labour Law.
