Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the physical and telephone reception of visitors and partners.
- Draft, classify and archive mail, reports, quotes and invoices.
- Manage agendas, schedule meetings and prepare files.
- Follow up on orders and office supplies.
- Participate in the preparation of accounting or HR documents (expense reports, absences, contracts).
Skills:
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational skills, rigor and confidentiality.
- Good presentation, responsiveness and team spirit.
