Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the physical and telephone reception of visitors and partners.
  • Draft, classify and archive mail, reports, quotes and invoices.
  • Manage agendas, schedule meetings and prepare files.
  • Follow up on orders and office supplies.
  • Participate in the preparation of accounting or HR documents (expense reports, absences, contracts).
