Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Ensure the daily financial monitoring of the company (receipts, disbursements, reconciliations).
Participate in maintaining general accounting records (data entry, allocation, filing of documents).
Develop and update financial dashboards (Cash Flow, Expenses, Budget).
Monitoring cash flow: forecasting, variance analysis, preparing payments.
To collaborate in the preparation of tax and social security declarations.
Profile
Mastery of general accounting principles.
Good use of computer tools (advanced Excel preferred).
Knowledge of accounting/ERP software (Sage, CIEL, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to analyze financial indicators and propose optimizations
