Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Multipurpose Maintenance & Works Agent
Maintenance of existing social media and stores
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
- Diagnosing and repairing faults (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning)
- Ensuring the safety and compliance of the installations
- Carry out minor maintenance work (painting, placo, various repairs)
New store openings
- Participate in the technical preparation of new sites
- Carry out the installation work:
- electricity (lighting, sockets, panels)
- Plumbing (sanitary facilities, water supply)
- Air conditioning (installation, commissioning)
- placo and finishing touches
- Install the equipment necessary for operation
- Ensure compliance with opening deadlines
- Coordinate with service providers if necessary.
Renovation and upgrading of stores
- Carry out the renovation work (painting, partitions, repairs)
- Upgrade the technical installations
- Improve the general condition and compliance of points of sale
- Intervene while minimizing the impact on business activity
Technical versatility
- To intervene in various trades:
- electricity
- Plumbing
- Air Conditioning
- Pl trerie (square)
- Paint
Desired Candidate Profile
- CAP / BEP / Bac Pro in building, maintenance or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role, ideally in multi-site or retail.
- Technical versatility confirmed
- Ability to work on construction sites (opening/renovation)
- Simple plan reading (an advantage)
- Autonomy and a sense of priorities
- Capacity to manage emergencies
- Scope: DRARIA Head Office + Store Network (openings & renovations)
