Roles & responsibilities:-

• Lead and supervise pumping operations for Coiled Tubing jobs, including fluid, nitrogen, and chemical pumping.
• Discuss well objectives, fluid design, and field conditions with the CTU Engineer / Wellsite Coordinator prior to job execution.
• Plan and prepare detailed equipment lists required for upcoming pumping operations.
• Inspect, verify, and maintain all surface equipment, pumps, and nitrogen units prior to mobilization.
• Supervise and coordinate the complete setup of the pumping system, including fluid mixing units, nitrogen units, and manifold lines.
• Ensure readiness of the chemical mixing system, including the safe handling and blending of additives per job requirements.
• Accurately maintain records of chemical consumption, nitrogen usage, and available stock levels.
• Oversee regulatory permissions for handling and storage of special chemicals; ensure all statutory safety and environmental guidelines are met.
• Verify equipment calibration and pressure testing prior to job initiation.
• Supervise the operation of Fluid Pumps, Triplex Pumps, Nitrogen Pumps, and Blender Units.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, ensuring all personnel understand the plan and HSE requirements.
• Ensure real-time data recording, monitoring, and reporting during operations.
• Assist in preparing pre- and post-job reports with operational data and recommendations.
• Utilize operational software and computer systems for job tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics to mobilize equipment, bulk chemicals, and manpower to the job site.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts in the event of equipment malfunction or process deviation.
