Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Nail Educator to deliver professional nail care training to students and salon professionals. The role involves conducting both theoretical and practical sessions to ensure learners develop industry-ready skills aligned with current beauty trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach nail care techniques including manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, gel/acrylic systems, and nail art
Conduct theory and practical training sessions
Perform live demonstrations and supervise hands-on practice
Develop training materials, lesson plans, and course content
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
Stay updated with the latest nail trends, tools, and products
Train salon staff and support workshops, product launches, or events
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Certification in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, or Beauty Therapy
Minimum 3+ years of experience in nail services or as a nail technician
Prior teaching or training experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must have UAE Valid Driving License.
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in advanced nail techniques and nail art
Ability to train groups and conduct workshops confidently
Knowledge of international beauty standards and trends
