Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, tailored to each client's preferences and needs.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following health and safety protocols to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
  • Consult with clients to understand their nail care goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
  • Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services that attract a diverse clientele.
  • Perform nail art and designs with precision and creativity, ensuring high-quality finishes that exceed client expectations.
  • Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance to promote long-term nail health and foster client loyalty.
  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize time and ensure a smooth flow of clients throughout the day.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Promote retail products and services to clients, enhancing their experience and contributing to salon sales goals.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to enhance skills and stay competitive in the evolving beauty industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed nail salon or spa, showcasing hands-on expertise in nail services.
  • Experience with a wide range of nail techniques, including gel, acrylic, and nail art, to cater to varying client preferences.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and understanding their specific needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail and a steady hand for precise nail application and artistry, ensuring outstanding results.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices in a salon setting to ensure a hygienic environment for clients.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules and maximize business.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader clientele base.
