Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform detailed nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques to offer innovative services that meet customer expectations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommending personalized nail care solutions and designs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Completion of a state-approved cosmetology or nail technician program with hands-on training.
- Valid nail technician license in the state of practice, demonstrating compliance with local regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a nail salon or spa setting, showcasing proficiency in various nail techniques.
- Strong knowledge of nail care products and their ingredients, ensuring informed recommendations to clients.
