About National Ambulance

National Ambulance (NA) was established in 2010 to provide quality pre-hospital emergency medical services for the people of the United Arab Emirates in line with the nation’s healthcare objectives. Serving and working with both the government and private sectors, National Ambulance delivers quality emergency care consistent with international standards by utilizing modern technology and evidence-based practices to meet its core objectives of saving lives and serving communities. National Ambulance directly serves the public in the Northern Emirates through the dedicated 998 emergency ambulance number and plays a key role in the UAE’s vital frontline emergency response, working in close coordination with emergency service partners under the umbrella of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
