Roles & Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Strategic Planning for the HOD Operations & Sales departments to ensure proper planning growth.
  • Set & communicate an individual target linked to the Company goals for each subordinate.
  • Ensure applying predetermined KPI for both Operations & Sales.
  • Ensure applying predetermined KPI for Call Center & M. 1st Delivery.
  • Create synergies between Operations team & customer Service/ Events teams to enhance the Company service, Image and generate more demand.
  • Monitors daily activities of the operations team to ensure the maximum efficiency.
  • Leads, develops, and motivates the operations & sales team effectively to ensure that they achieve their annual targets and improve productivity, also conduct performance appraisals for all subordinates.
  • Handle complaints that needs personal involvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Revising the Monthly Commission of the Sales & operations teams.
  • Review & Control the operations Budgets (trucks maintenance & sales expenses) versus budget to ensure cost reduction.
  • Reduction of team members annual leave balance as in the preset annual target.br>Ensure Safety & Security implementation & improvement in all sites to match Nestle Standards & compliance .

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • +5 years of progressive commercial Sales experience in FMCG or Beverages,
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Saudi Driving License and flexibility to travel nationally.
