Identify, mobilize, and register eligible smallholders, producer groups, cooperatives, and MSMEs to establish Rural Alliances.
Conduct outreach and awareness campaigns on the JP objectives, eligibility criteria, and procedures for Calls for Proposals (CfPs).
Support group organization and mobilization to ensure eligible stakeholders actively apply to the CfPs for the establishment and operationalization of Rural Alliances.
Support Rural Alliances in strengthening internal governance structures, inclusive participation mechanisms, and institutional readiness.
Provide guidance and hands-on support to Rural Alliances in the preparation of concept notes, sub-project proposals, and required supporting documentation under the CfP process.
Assist with maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders, including municipalities, service providers, and technical experts, in support of alliance formation and operationalization. Provide technical support to Rural Alliances to ensure compliance with CSA adoption requirements, environmental safeguards, and project implementation guidelines.
Promote the inclusion of women and youth in Rural Alliances, including their participation in decision-making and benefit-sharing mechanisms.
Support data collection and reporting on alliance formation progress, participation levels, socio-economic indicators, and implementation bottlenecks.
Contribute to the identification of local challenges and recommend corrective actions to strengthen alliance performance and sustainability.
