Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring: Naval Architect Engineer


We are looking for a skilled Naval Architect Engineer to support design, analysis, and development of marine and structural systems, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions and project execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Analyze, design, and develop engineering products and systems
Perform structural analysis & finite element analysis (FEA)
Evaluate burst, collapse, tension, and compression in components
Develop mathematical models and design conclusions
Prepare engineering drawings using GD&T and CAD tools
Conduct technical reviews, testing, and validation of designs
Perform tolerance stack-up analysis for system functionality
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
Guide technicians and mentor junior engineers
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders


Requirements:


Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Naval Architecture / Engineering or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marine / port / logistics / engineering domain
Experience in port-related projects preferred
Strong knowledge of 2D/3D CAD & engineering analysis tools
Familiarity with structural design and FEA tools
Knowledge of Government portals and compliance processes
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Candidates with Master s Degree, GCC experience, and strong technical expertise will have an added advantage.
