Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In direct contact with the project teams and the Fleet Support Department, you will play a key role as a Naval Architect or Marine Engineer Project Manager, supporting modifications to the existing fleet as well as newbuild projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative technical solutions for the construction, conversion, or repair of work vessels;

  • Supervise and coordinate feasibility studies and technical analyses;

  • Assess and select appropriate marine materials, equipment, and technologies;

  • Work closely with engineering, naval architecture, and production teams;

  • Ensure quality, performance, and regulatory compliance of all deliverables;

  • Monitor technological and regulatory developments within the maritime sector.


Desired Candidate Profile

Master s degree in Naval Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering

Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role

Advanced proficiency in MS 365, AutoCAD, as well as stability and design software

Fluent English required

Strong operational excellence, with solid organizational and leadership skills
