Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the NDE schedule in line with project priorities.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors (e.g., BCTS) to ensure timely mobilization of NDE resources.

  • Ensure all NDE activities are aligned with ITPs, project specifications and client requirements.

  • Ensure timely uploading of NDE reports, procedures, and related documents to platforms such as WRENCH.

  • Maintain accurate logs of NDE activities, results and pending actions.

  • Verify that subcontractors follow approved procedures and meet project quality standards.

  • Serve as the focal point between the main contractor, NDE subcontractors and client representatives.

  • Facilitate daily coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

  • Communicate NDE status, constraints and requirements to the construction and QC teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in NDE coordination within oil & gas or EPC projects.

  • Experience working with ADNOC or similar is preferred

  • ASNT Level II (UT/RT/MT/PT) or equivalent.

  • PCN RTFI

  • Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS).

  • Proficiency in document control

  • Strong communication abilities in English.
