Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the NDE schedule in line with project priorities.

Coordinate with subcontractors (e.g., BCTS) to ensure timely mobilization of NDE resources.

Ensure all NDE activities are aligned with ITPs, project specifications and client requirements.

Ensure timely uploading of NDE reports, procedures, and related documents to platforms such as WRENCH.

Maintain accurate logs of NDE activities, results and pending actions.

Verify that subcontractors follow approved procedures and meet project quality standards.

Serve as the focal point between the main contractor, NDE subcontractors and client representatives.

Facilitate daily coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

Communicate NDE status, constraints and requirements to the construction and QC teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 6 8 years of experience in NDE coordination within oil & gas or EPC projects.

Experience working with ADNOC or similar is preferred

ASNT Level II (UT/RT/MT/PT) or equivalent.

PCN RTFI

Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS).

Proficiency in document control

Strong communication abilities in English.

Good communication skills

Is able to work both independently, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills

Has excellent organizational skills
