Your mission
Reporting to the French Division, you will play a key role in managing industrial performance and ensuring the reliability of financial data. A true partner to the site, you will work closely with the accountant and maintain direct contact with the accounting firm and auditors.
Your scope is rich and varied, combining industrial management control, performance analysis, cost management, closings and general accounting.
Your main responsibilities:
Industrial management control
Manually calculate order costs and update Make-To-Order (MTO) matrices.
Define sales prices with integrated margin and integrate costs into SAP.
Monitor changes in purchase prices and update cost prices.
Perform the monthly closing in SAP: preparation, cost allocation, analysis vs. budget.
Monitor site KPIs: dashboards, actual hourly rates, cost coverage, MTO/MTS matrix updates.
Ensure the monitoring of stocks, monthly changes and their depreciation.
