Plan and manage preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Coordinate and prioritize work orders to minimize production downtime
Lead and supervise maintenance engineers and contractors, providing guidance and training.
Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability when needed.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Identify process improvements and equipment upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support projects and new equipment installations.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions..br> Analyses the frequent failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable treats and supervising corrective action to decrease the probability of those failure.

Approving vacations and excuses of engineers.
Assessing performance of engineers within Performance management system.

Supervision of all maintenance engineers inside the factory.
