Roles & Responsibilities
As a B2B Agent, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our business clients. Your role will involve understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their satisfaction with Nespresso products. You will be part of a team that prioritizes excellence and client satisfaction.
- Handle B2B customer inquiries and provide solutions on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience working with businesses in a customer service or sales capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work shifts from 1 PM to 4 AM on a rotational basis.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Proficiency in both French and English.
